150-FUND
In 2023, Axel Johnson celebrated its 150th anniversary. To mark this milestone, we launched the 150-Fund: a learning and development fund aimed at inspiring and promoting lifelong learning among our employees, as well as contributing to the group's long-term renewal efforts. All employees within our companies who have been with us for at least six months are eligible to apply for a scholarship. The application period for the 150-Fund opens once a year, and employees can apply for both upskilling and reskilling opportunities.
