MEET SOME OF US WORKING WITHIN THE GROUP
-
I’m responsible for Skincity’s data platfom which means securing that it suits the company’s needs and performs well both in terms of technical set up and data. I work in projects closely with the business to evolve our data platform and also to find new areas on how to use the data. My team plays an important role in making Skincity even more data driven in everything we do.
-
The variety of tasks and to work closely with the business – it’s a wide spread of different projects where data is needed. I also like the possibility to be innovative and try new ideas together with my team.
-
Family, travel and exercise (which is good since I really enjoy good food) 😊
-
Friendly. Innovative. Opportunities.
-
Someone that is curious, innovative and a team player.
-
Still a big player within the fields that we already operate in and the group has also expanded with new types of businesses. I think digitally we will be in the forefront in many areas compared to our competitors. I feel the pace is high within Axel Johnson when it comes to digital solution development.

In my role as an Axplore trainee, my main job is to gather experience and learn from different parts of the Axel Johnson group. My generation of Axplore trainees got the chance to rotate between three different Axel Johnson-companies and my rotations included Martin & Servera, Dustin and KICKS.
The tasks vary from rotation to rotation, doing everything from research on aquaponic systems to shadowing a person from the leadership team. The benefit of being a trainee is that you get to see different parts of different kinds of organizations and that your main job is to gather experience, learn as much as you can, and challenge status quo. Quite cool if you ask me!
-
The variation and the huge network that you get! That is, what I would say, the biggest usp of this trainee program.
-
Outside work, I like to hang out with friends and family, be physically active and learn new things! For instance, I’ve been admitted to two courses over the summer, focusing on cyber security and AI.
Another passion of mine is innovation. I love to be creative and think of future challenges and how to address them.
-
Value-driven. Explorative. Influencial.
-
Looking at the colleagues that I’ve had so far, I would say someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and believe in a value-driven leadership-style. A team-player who’s values are in line with the values of the Axel Johnson group in other words.
-
I think that Axel Johnson will still hold a leading position in the areas in which it operates today. With an exploratory mindset, I think that the group will continue to grow and find new ways of running business in retail. With access to more data (and qualitative data), I think the group has potential not only to find new business models and customer insights, but also, influencing how retail is performed and finding ways to use digitalization to nudge consumers and other stakeholders to readjust to the green conversion.

I have the overall responsibility for our warehouse and logistics in Enköping. The responsibility includes the entire workflow from delivery to distribution to the end customer, including intermediate transports in Borlänge, Mora, Gävle and our collaboration with Västberga. In my role, I’m also responsible for a cross-functional management group that includes property, sales, transport, supply of goods and HR. The workplace has around 350 employees and is thereby Enköping's largest private employer. I am also part of Martin & Servera Logistik AB's management team.
-
The relationship with people and to get the opportunity to be part of the employees development journeys. I like to collaborate between different functions and work with continous improvements to develop our businesses and meet future demands.
-
Spend time with my family and friends. Work out and keep active with everything from long walks, running and going to the gym. As a previous football player, I also like everything that has to do with the world of football.
-
Engagement. Development. Equality.
-
I believe the person need to be curious and interested in development. Being prestigeless is also important and to enjoy being part of a team, to achieve a goal is more important than who was responsible.
-
Axel Johnson will continue to be a family-owned corporate group with the ambition to run profitable and successful businesses. I believe that the group will continue to increase market shares in their exisiting businesses but also grow in new areas.
-
About 12 years ago, I joined the Axel Johnson Group and have since held several exciting roles in different companies. Today I am responsible for a project organization at Axel Johnson. We are a small team that acts as internal management consultants and helps the Group companies to run strategically important projects. We are involved from first idea to the roll-out of a finished solution. Examples of projects that we have run are the establishment of Sweden's largest solar park via PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) and KICKS' new service initiative "Treat by KICKS".
-
That I can be involved and make a difference. In both my current and previous roles, I have had the opportunity to be involved in driving change. There are fast decision-making paths and there is courage to invest in the future.
-
When I'm not working, I spend a lot of time with my kids - I was lucky enough to have triplets a few years ago. We are a very active family and today I am coaching the children's football team. In the winter we like to ski, and, in the summer, I run and cycle.
-
Long-term. Sustainability. Power of change.
-
Ambitious high-performing people who shares the same values as the company. People who wants to work with long-term visions and who like change.
-
I believe that the basis of Axel Johnson's current business will be recognized, but that exciting new business areas will have been added. To survive and thrive in 10 years, I believe that we must constantly work with renewal and develop existing business, through, for example, new customer segments, customer offerings and digital experiences.
